For a sweeter version of Sydney Gin, try this strawberry gin on for size. Strawberries and citrus pair well to create a crisp, fragrant treat.
700ml bottle of Sydney Gin
400g punnet of strawberries, sliced
100g caster sugar
Mix the gin with the strawberries and caster sugar in a large bowl and pour into a 1.5 litre Kilner jar. Store in fridge and stir every two days for three weeks. Strain through coffee filters or muslin cloth to serve.
